This is a beautiful shoe BUT super uncomfortable and the heel is awful! My husband wore these one time, for an hour, to the airport. Both of his heels on his ankles were bleeding. The back digs in so hard. I reached out to company , via the website a few times , and no no one ever responded. Super disappointed

This will be second pair of the same shoe. I have never ordered a second pair of the same shoes in my life, and I’m 54. I wear these nearly every work day and have them very comfortable and have received many compliments on them. The only real wear has been a smoothening of the sole over time.
