Love these shoes – owned several pairs over many years. All-day comfort even with frequent wearing; good arch support and room through the ball of the foot; no heel slip. Solid, strong sole great when standing, walking or dancing. Classic great looks. Quality construction throughout.

Toe box is nice and wide, but the mid section of the shoe is still narrow. Also the sizing is a bit long. I usually wear a 10.5 but my heels were slipping out the back of 10s.

Beautiful dress shoes. I wear sneakers and J-M’s best when sneakers won’t do.. They are comfortable, long-lasting, and always in style. I’ve been a customer for 25 years.

Although they were very stiff during the first week, the shoes gradually became more comfortable. If they feel a bit small, they’re probably not. It takes some time for leather to expand to your foot and if you buy a pair that are comfortable out of the box, you will end up with loose fitting shoes that are really uncomfortable in the long run.

I like the quality of the Melton Cap Toe, but I think you should have more color options. The light brown color you sell is fine for someone who is looking for that specific shade, but I’ve been purchasing them and dying them a darker shade. I really hate having to dye them, because some of the dye colors and names seem to be very misleading.

These shoes are great. My first pair lasted 10 yrs. I just had the sole replaced which was no big deal. Love my shoes. Especially since it’s difficult for me to get the right shoes being my feet are wide and small. I’d like to get them in a different color.
