At Shoezy Wear, we take pride in crafting premium footwear and fashion pieces that meet the exacting standards of our style-conscious clientele. However, we understand that sometimes a return or exchange may be necessary. Our policy is designed with the same attention to detail as our handcrafted leather goods.
Please Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on socks, underwear, or any final sale items marked as “non-returnable.” All other items from our collections including shoes, bags, and apparel may be returned within 15 days of receipt.
Our Return Process
- Initiate Your Return
Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Please use the subject line “Return Request” and include the following information:- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
- Wait for Authorization
Our style consultants will respond within 48 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions. - Package Your Items
Return items in their original condition with all tags attached and packaging intact. For footwear, please include the original dust bags. - Ship Your Return

Exchange Process
For exchanges, please follow the same process as returns, clearly indicating in your email the desired replacement item (including size/color if applicable). We’ll process your exchange once we receive the original item.
Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Your refund will be credited to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- For PayPal payments, refunds may take 3-5 additional days to appear in your account

International Returns
For our global clientele (excluding some remote areas in Asia), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Duties and taxes paid on the original order are non-refundable. Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges.
Quality Assurance
Should you receive an item that doesn’t meet our quality standards (damaged or defective), please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a prepaid return label and expedited replacement at no cost to you.
